Aftercare
Continuing Care
Following substance abuse, you will be confronted with challenges as you reintegrate back into your daily life and career. St. Helena Recovery Center offers the continual support which is necessary to live a productive life, free from substance dependence. In addition to regularly attending support programs, you are encouraged to enroll in an aftercare group that is facilitated by an Addiction Counselor. Aftercare groups enable you to discuss your progress and receive feedback and support from your peers.
After discharge from our program, your recovery continues with our continuing care (aftercare) program for one year. You’ll leave St. Helena Recovery Center with the skills, knowledge and tools for avoiding triggers and relapse and maintaining a lifetime of sobriety.
